Day 1: Casablanca to Fes
Day 2 : a Day in Fez
The next morning, it is time to explore the beautiful medina of Fez. We begin by exploring the beautiful streets of the medina, full of life and things to see: from native shops to ancient artisans through the old buildings. We will then visit ancient historical buildings such as the madrasah "Al-Attarin", the madrasa "Bou Inania", the palace "Dar Batha", as well as the university of Al-Quaraouiyine '(the oldest university in the world). Integer). You will certainly enjoy seeing all these old buildings, with their breathtaking design that will astound you. Next stop, around noon, have lunch at a local restaurant, where you will be served a traditional Moroccan dish. Once lunch is over, we leave for additional visits. Our stops include the two historic tanneries of Fez: the tannery "Chouara" and the tannery "Sidi Moussa". Here you will see all the traditional and natural ways of softening and dying of an animal's skin. Our next stop is the local and traditional markets of the old city (the medina), where you can buy souvenirs and traditional Moroccan crafts; the sook will certainly be a pleasant and unforgettable experience, because you will have the opportunity to examine and visualize the Moroccan culture more closely and live the life of the local population. In addition, our last stop will be the famous Zaouia Moulay Idriss II, in the heart of the medina; a historical and cultural monument, which will surprise you with its quality of decoration with all types of native and ancient objects.
Day 3 : Fes to Erfoud
From Fez, we will drive towards the center of the forest of Cédar Gouraud in Azrou, in the Atlas, to observe rare and distinctive monkeys. We will have lunch at the summit of Ayachi Mountain, with breathtaking views and a moment of relaxation. We continue to explore the well-known Tizi-N-Talghemt road and therefore the Ziz valley (better known for its thousand palm trees and huge oasis). We will strike the city of Errachidia; and finally, we will be in the village of Erfoud, where we will have dinner and spend the night in a beautiful hotel.
Day 4: Erfoud to Merzouga
On the fourth day, after breakfast, we will go to Rissani to visit the Berber nomads, who can present us a magnificent drumming show. We continue then to the famous dunes of erg Chebbi near Merzouga, where we will have lunch in a hotel / riad very charming and comfortable, we will rest; before going on a camel ride so we can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the dunes. Later in the night, when you enter the nomad tents, you will spend the night at dinner and, of course, enjoy another entertaining and festive show around the fire.
Day 5: Merzouga to the Dades Gorge
The next morning, we will get up early in the morning to savor the beautiful Saharan sunrise. breakfast, we arrive at the road through the breathtaking and exciting desert through Tinghir, the Todgha Gorge (where we have lunch), the great Todgha Valley (where you can see a vast view of the beautiful river, and gardens); to finally arrive at the Gorges du Dades, where we will have dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 6: Dades Gorge in Ouarzazate
The next morning, after breakfast, it is time to take a walk in the beautiful Gorges. Then we take the road to the city of Ouarzazate. Our two main stops for this part of the trip are the town of Kalaat Magouna (for breakfast) and the Kasbah of Skoura. The first is a magnificent city renowned for its enormous flower production and its various floral goods; we will have a lot of fun exploring the city and buying natural beauty products; and the second is a huge and charming oasis. Before arriving in Ouarzazate, where we will spend the night in a traditional riad.
Day 7: Ouarzazate to Marrakech
On the last day, it is time for us to go to the famous and magnificent Kasbah "Ait Ben Haddou" (where several famous Hollywood movies were made). Then we will continue to the city of Marrakech, passing by the most famous mountain road, Tizi-N-Tichka. And our trip would not be complete if it were not for a tour in Marrakech in the late afternoon and evening; to check the monuments and remarkable monuments, such as the masjid "Koutoubia", the palace "Bahia", the "Menara" and, of course, the square "Jemaa El-Fna". This is how our journey ends.
